Pharmadec, designer and constructor of turnkey buildings for stakeholders in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, bio-technology and healthcare industry, just delivered a new production line for cosmetic ingredients to Solabia.<\/p>\n

Specializing in the development, production (by fermentation, enzymology, plant extraction and chemical synthesis) and commercialization of active ingredients and other ingredients for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and nutrition sectors, Solabia called on Pharmadec\u2019s teams to design and replan part of its production tool.<\/p>\n

This project, covering 750m\u00b2 in all, includes doubling the surface allocated to the manufacturing workshops in a free area adjoining the current installations, planning the layout of these two production areas (for beads and creams), reorganizing and optimizing flows and upgrading to meet Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetics.<\/p>\n

This project is part of a long-term partnership between Pharmadec and this heavyweight in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry. Solabia has relied on our teams since 2012 to design and construct a set of R&D and cell culture laboratories<\/strong><\/a> as well as plan the layout of an area for the preparation of premixes and containment of CMR powders<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
