CHIESI: EXTENSION AND REFURBISHMENT OF A PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTION UNIT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A large-scale project taking 35 months to complete, the extension and refurbishment of the CHIESI pharmaceutical industrial site assigned to IDEC SANT\u00c9 is moving forward at full speed.\u00a0A storage area has just been handed over, as well as a production area.\u00a0A new significant phase will begin with the qualification to pharmaceutical standards (Dynamic SAT) of the delivered areas and with the launch of the redevelopment of existing production areas and social premises.<\/p>\n<\/div>

CHIESI AND IDEC SANT\u00c9:A PARTNERSHIP CARVED IN STONE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Initially emblazoned with the CHIESI colors, a concrete panel erected in one of the storage cells of the pharmaceutical project undertaken by IDEC SANT\u00c9 in La Chauss\u00e9e-Saint-Victor (41) now includes an additional inscription.\u00a0At the initiative of CHIESI, \u201cBy IDEC SANT\u00c9\u201d is now displayed. A kind gesture that symbolizes the excellent relationship established between the two entities on this large-scale project, which includes a logistics area.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

SGS:EXTENSION AND REFURBISHMENT OF A LABORATORY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The teams at IDEC SANT\u00c9 are tackling the final phase of a project that began in 2019.\u00a0This fifth and final phase focuses on the refurbishment of laboratory offices.\u00a0Delivery is scheduled for next May and will mark the end of the complete makeover for this business specializing in supporting pharmaceutical companies in the development of medicines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CHIESI:ALEDIA EXTENSION AND REFURBISHMENT: DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A HIGH-TECH PLANT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A large-scale project taking 35 months to complete, the extension and refurbishment of the CHIESI pharmaceutical industrial site assigned to IDEC SANT\u00c9 is moving forward at full speed.\u00a0A storage area has just been handed over, as well as a production area.\u00a0A new phase for ALEDIA, a company specialized in the development of technology for Micro-LED displays, has commissioned GROUPE IDEC and its subsidiaries to build an industrial site in Champagnier (38).\u00a0The construction of this 11,800 m\u00b2 facility, for which the first excavations have just begun, has been entrusted to a tandem formed by IDEC AGRO & Factory and ER2I.<\/p>\n<\/div>

HOSPICES CIVILS DE LYON:TWO TECHNICAL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

ER2I has assisted the Hospices Civils de Lyon in the execution of two simultaneous projects.\u00a0The first project focused on restructuring a cardiac resuscitation unit, including the complete refurbishment of one level to create a 20-bed ward.\u00a0A new continuous care unit with 11 beds was also built.\u00a0At the same time, the ER2I teams worked on the construction of a building designed to accommodate the activities of the Infectious Diseases Department with 45 rooms, including two negative pressure high isolation rooms to receive and isolate highly contagious patients.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019OREAL:CONSTRUCTION OF A LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE DEVELOPED BY AREFIM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

IDEC SANT\u00c9 is working with AREFIM on the construction of a logistics platform developed for L\u2019OREAL.\u00a0With a few months to go before the delivery of this 35,000 m\u00b2 facility, the cladding and roofing are in the process of being fitted and 50% of the paving has been completed within the cells.\u00a0At the same time, work is focusing on the technical work packages and on creating a biomass heating plant and a geothermal network.\u00a0The keys will be handed over in the second half of 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LEHNING:EXTENSION AND REFURBISHMENT OF A PHARMACEUTICAL PLANT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After an extensive revamp of the LEHNING pharmaceutical plant, which was delivered in 2017, IDEC SANT\u00c9 is once again supporting this player specializing in the production of herbal products.\u00a0An area of 1,000 m\u00b2 where plants are crushed to extract a mother tincture is currently being redeveloped.\u00a0Its delivery, preceded by qualification to pharmaceutical standards, is scheduled in the next few days.<\/p>\n<\/div>

DECORTIAT:REVAMPING OF A COSMETICS PRODUCTION UNIT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

IDEC SANT\u00c9 is assisting DECORTIAT, a company specializing in the custom manufacturing of cosmetic products, to revamp its site.\u00a0After a first phase delivered in recent months, the teams at IDEC SANT\u00c9 are currently working on refurbishing a packaging area, offices, social premises and reception docks, all in coordination with DECORTIAT\u2019s workflow management, as the site remains in operation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
