class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A new laboratory to support SOTAX&#8217;s growth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A subsidiary of the Swiss-based SOTAX Group, <strong>SOTAX PHARMA SERVICES<\/strong> has chosen to establish a long-term presence in Saran with a new <strong>2,900 sq m<\/strong> facility dedicated to pharmaceutical analytical development and quality control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This purpose-built facility will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1,300 sq m of laboratories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Storage areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A reception area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More than <strong>1,100 sq m of office space<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A working environment designed to support the company&#8217;s growth and accompany its long-term ambitions.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img project teams have remained fully mobilised to deliver the project in accordance with the planned schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During February, works focused on the organisation of the interior spaces:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completion of the internal wall lining on the first floor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commencement of the technical packages, including the installation of cable trays and ductwork<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completion of the external joinery and roof terrace waterproofing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-top\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These milestones secured the building envelope and prepared the site for the next technical installations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">March marked a new phase of progress, with several significant developments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installation of insulated sandwich panels, essential for laboratory environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start of the lift installation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completion of the internal wall lining on the ground floor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuation of the electrical installations (high- and low-voltage systems) on the first class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installation of rooftop technical walkways<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commencement of plumbing works on the first floor with the installation of support frames<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation of cassette-type indoor HVAC units<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construction of the foundations for the future photovoltaic car park canopies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-top\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project demonstrates the teams&#8217; ability to coordinate multiple trades on a highly technical and demanding construction site.
