Pharmadec has just handed over another phase in the extension and reorganisation project for the site of Lehning Laboratories. Specialising in the manufacture and sale of homeopathic and herbal medicine, Pharmadec has been alongside this major player from the pharmaceutical sector since 2014 as it unifies and updates the norms at its production sites in Sainte Barbe in Eastern France.
After studies were carried out followed by 13 months of work, earlier this year our teams completed the first two stages, including a storage unit for mother tinctures and the maceration of plant extracts with two cold chambers (one down to – 20°c, one above freezing at 14°c) and a central laundry room.
In early March, Pharmadec handed over the keys to the third phase of this great project with the handover of a new 2400 m² building to be used for the production of solid medicines. The building included several different areas for weighing, mixing, granulation, compression, drying, counting out and packaging.
Between now and February 2018, our teams will continue with their work at the site alongside Lehning Laboratories in their development and factory modernisation project.
