IDEC SANTÉ has handed over the keys to a 25,000 sq m extension of a cosmetics logistics platform located within COSMETIC PARK in Vennecy (Loiret). Developed by AREFIM and operated by PARFUMS CHRISTIAN DIOR, this project is part of a demanding environmental approach targeting BREEAM Excellent certification. It also marks IDEC SANTÉ’s second project delivered on this site dedicated to the cosmetics industry.
A 25,000 sq m extension
This project consists of the extension of a 25,000 sq m cosmetics logistics platform, designed to optimise the management of logistics flows and the storage of PARFUMS CHRISTIAN DIOR products.
Construction works began in December 2023 and were carried out over a period of 14 months, culminating in the delivery of the project in February 2025.
This project mobilised the expertise of IDEC SANTÉ to deliver a facility fully compliant with the demanding requirements of the cosmetics industry.
A project targeting BREEAM Excellent certification
With a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental performance, this extension is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification.
This objective reflects the shared commitment of all project stakeholders to promote eco-designed buildings incorporating high-performance energy solutions and sustainable construction materials.
The second project at COSMETIC PARK in Vennecy
This new extension delivered by IDEC SANTÉ forms part of COSMETIC PARK, a logistics and industrial hub dedicated to the cosmetics industry, initiated and developed by AREFIM.

IDEC SANTÉ had already contributed to the development of this site by delivering a first logistics platform, which is now operated by L’ORÉAL.
