To keep up with its growing activity, DECORTIAT chose the teams at IDEC SANTÉ to build an extension and redevelop its current site in Saint-Laurent-Nouan (41). This project encompasses a total of 7,000 m² of buildings as well as the construction of 2,000 m² of space for parking. The last part of the delivery that comprised the refurbished area and the east parking lot was delivered a few weeks ago.
A GROWING ACTIVITY THAT CONTINUES TO GATHER PACE
For more than 50 years, DECORTIAT has worked with prestigious names in the cosmetics industry in contract packaging for their products. The current site no longer suited the company’s needs due to growing demand, so the company chose IDEC SANTÉ’s expertise to redevelop its current site and build an extension.
A 7,000 M² PROJECT
This project is organized around the construction of a 3,000 m² extension and the redevelopment of 4,000 m² of buildings. The extension includes a new storage area to receive raw materials, two new packaging areas and the creation of additional premises. The redevelopment work includes cleansing the existing building, creating a new packaging area, offices and meeting rooms as well as remodeling the social premises on the ground floor and first floor.
SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
After 16 months of work, the last part of the project that comprised the refurbished area and the east parking lot was delivered a few weeks ago. An initial delivery was made in May 2020 with the West parking lot, and the extension was delivered in December 2020.
